Ceremonial Matcha

Our ceremonial matcha is made from finely ground, high-quality green tea leaves from both Siming Mountain, China and Kyoto Prefecture, Japan.

We chose matcha from Siming Mountain for its prized fresh, grassy, slightly sweet flavor and vibrant color. While our Kyoto matcha is known for its deep umami flavor, smooth mouthfeel, and balanced sweetness with minimal bitterness.

Matcha is a great source of catechins, particularly EGCG, an antioxidant that can help neutralize free radicals. Plus it provides other polyphenols, which may reduce inflammation. 

Btw, the shading process used in Siming Mountain matcha cultivation has been shown to increase the levels of L-theanine, an amino acid known for promoting relaxation and mental clarity.

Ceylon Black Tea

Our Ceylon black tea is processed by following the traditional crush, tear, curl method which enhances the extraction and produces a stronger brew in a shorter time.

We source our black tea from Sri Lanka, a country with a long-standing history of black tea cultivation. This ensures that each tea leaf meets the highest of quality standards. Known for its rich, malty flavor and robust character, Ceylon black tea pairs beautifully with the caramelized notes in our Brown Sugar Milk Tea and with the warm spices in our Chai Tea.

Ceylon black tea contains antioxidants called polyphenols. These antioxidants support the reduction of free radicals aka nuisances that cause cell damage in the body. Polyphenols have also been linked to heart health.

Thai Tea

FLAVOR MEETS FUNCTION.


We traveled to Thailand to source the best Thai tea, of course. Traditional Thai tea is typically made with strong black tea like Ceylon or Assam. By using Assam black tea essence, we are able to capture the full, robust flavor of Thai tea, delivering a cup full of bold, malty flavors.

Polyphenolic compounds in black tea like Assam behave similarly to prebiotics in your digestive tract. They can help support the growth and maintenance of healthy bacteria in your gut and improve overall immune function.

Earl Grey

Our Earl Grey is made with Keemun black tea sourced from the Anhui province in China, a region known for craftsmanship, tradition, and high quality Keemun tea. 

The natural sweetness and low astringency of Keemun tea make it the perfect complement to the bright, citrusy bergamot oil in our Earl Grey tea, creating a refined and harmonious blend.

Our Earl Grey is made with Keemun black tea sourced from the Anhui province in China, a region known for craftsmanship, tradition, and high quality Keemun tea. The natural sweetness and low astringency of Keemun tea make it the perfect complement to the bright, citrusy bergamot oil in our Earl Grey tea, creating a refined and harmonious blend.

Jasmine-Scented Green Tea

Our jasmine green was sourced from the Fujian province of China, a region whose history of green tea cultivation dates back to the Song Dynasty (960-1279 AD).

To get its floral aroma, green tea undergoes a process known as ‘scenting’ where fresh jasmine flowers are layered with green tea leaves, allowing the tea to naturally absorb the floral fragrance. Our scented green tea underwent up to 9 scenting cycles, each cycle infused the tea with deeper, more complex jasmine aroma.

Peach Oolong

Our Peach Oolong Green Tea is sourced from the Fujian Province, a Chinese region with a rich tea history dating back to the Tang Dynasty (618–907 AD). This semi-oxidized tea showcases the traditions of oolong craftsmanship.

We selected high-quality, whole-leaf oolong green tea from Fujian, known for its delicate floral, fruity, and toasty notes that vary depending on oxidation and roasting. These rolled leaves unfurl beautifully when brewed, releasing a light, refreshing taste with a smooth, lingering finish. The peach flavor complements rather than overpowers, balancing sweetness with the oolong’s natural complexity.

Oolong tea is rich in antioxidant polyphenols that can help reduce inflammation, support heart health, and promote a healthy metabolism.

Peach adds a touch of natural sweetness along with vitamins A and C, plus a little fiber, making this blend both delightful and nourishing.

Sourced from Zhejiang Province, China, our chamomile is carefully selected for its golden hue and soothing aroma.

Our spice blend, sourced from across India, brings together clove, cardamom, black pepper, cinnamon, and ginger for a perfectly balanced chai profile.
